The small print - shipping, returns etc.
All items ship from Switzerland. Please note that shipments may take longer and some postal services don't guarantee shipping times. Unless you add the insurance & tracking option offered at check-out, which I highly recommend, no tracking information can be provided!
Shipping
If you buy more than one item, shipping costs may differ depending on weight and size. Usually, there is a refund for combinded shipping, but if something is a lot heavier, there may be additional costs. If you have any doubts, please ask before buying.
Items ship from Switzerland usually within 3 days of purchase. Shipping is by Swiss Post, and you have the option to choose with or without insurance and tracking.
According to Swiss Post, international shipping can take everything from 3 to around 20 days, but as I have mentioned above, due to COVID-19 , delivery times may not be guaranteed, and it can take longer.
I take no responsibility for customs fees or taxes that might apply in your country and I will not put a false value on the customs declaration or declare something as a gift when it is not (that would actually be fraud). These fees are charged by the country where you live and must always be paid by the buyer. No refund is given for items returned to seller because the buyer refused to pay customs fees of the destination country.
Returns
If you want to cancel a sale, please contact me IMMEDIATELY after making the purchase. I will cancel the sale and refund you, no matter the reason. I print postage with address at home - once this has been printed, this is not refundable.
Returns are accepted. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your purchase. I will refund the item's price, however, all shipping costs will be at your expense. The refund will be made once I have received the item back, in the same condition as it was. I also refund shipping costs in case of serious damage or loss by shipping or if an item should have been wrongfully presented in my shop. If you don't get in touch within that time frame I will not be able to accept any return. No refunds will be given once items have been used.

Further issues
I take care to fully disclose all damage and issues to patterns and other items. The image in the listing is always of the actual pattern, even though I occasionally may have the same pattern listed twice. All my patterns are stored and shipped in a plastic envelope. All my patterns are original, vintage patterns, unless it is an official reproduction and noted as such. I do not sell printed or digital copies of vintage patterns. Therefore, these can be damaged. Also, I do not sell patterns that are so incomplete as that they are not usable anymore.
