About willynillyart

My name is Karin Marty and I live in Zurich, Switzerland. I love sewing, I love vintage fashion and have been buying and collecting it for years, so the moment I discovered my first vintage sewing magazines, I was hooked on them. And once I started looking, I found so many great, unusual and original patterns that I knew this went beyond my own collecting and sewing for myself, so I started my Etsy shop in 2009, also called willynillyart. Due to the many changes that Etsy has seen in the 10 years since, which have often not be to us sellers' advantage, I have now decided to venture out on my own, with an independent online shop.

I have a special place in my heart for the Swiss pattern company Ringier, whose patterns I find regularly. You'll always find lots of them in my shop. They had everything on offer: kid's clothes, every day clothes, evening gowns...
