An interesting day or evening dress pattern by Belinda Bellville, with a super full, floaty skirt.
Misses' Dress. Semi-fitted dress in slightly below knee or evening length, has bias front bodice gathered into one-piece yoke and extending into draped cowl neckline, back bodice gathered at waistline and into yoke, circular skirt attached to fitted hip yoke; sleeveless or full length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. Self tie or purchased belt.
