Loose-fitting dress, four inches (10 cm) below mid-knee, or top, with front and back gathered into narrow neckband, extending into tie ends, has single layer neckline ruffle with narrow hem, center front neckline slit and full-length sleeves elasticized at lower edge forming ruffle. Dress has pockets in side seams. Narrow self tie belt holds in fullness at waistline. Topstitching and edgestitching. Flared skirt, four inches (10 cm) below mid-knee, with front and back gathered into waistband, has forward side seams, center back zipper closing and pockets in side seams. Topstitching.
