1940s Misses Raincoat Sewing Pattern Ringier g36888 B34 Unused
A very chic 1940s raincoat pattern!
Misses' Raincoat. Closes with two buttons below the waist and two buttons at the neck, slightly off-center. Small standing collar. Deep armholes. Welt pockets, strapped cuffs and fabric belt.
This pattern was shown in the Ringier Journal de Mode Spring/Summer 1947 (see last photo, magazine is not for sale).
All pattern pieces are pre-cut and marked with small holes as well as colorful dotted lines, making it easy to match up pieces. Pattern pieces are stamped with remarks line "grain line", "side seam", "Centre back" etc. in German, French and Italian. Instructions are printed on the sleeve, in German and French, text only.
Size: marked vintage European size 38

Bust: 33 7/8" / 86 cm
Waist: 26 1/2" / 68 cmÂ
Hip: 36 1/4" / 92 cm
Condition: unused and still factory folded, though the envelope has been opened.
