1950s Nightgown with Lace Trim Sewing Pattern Ringier g58911 B36
A lovely early 1950s pattern for a nightgown.
Ankle-length nightgown with short kimono sleeves. Buttons down the front from the neck to the waist. Self tie belt. The bodice front has lace inserts.
This pattern was shown in the Ringier Journal de Mode Spring/Summer 1951 (the magazine is not for sale).
Size: vintage European size 42
Measurements:
Bust: 36 1/4" / 92 cm
Waist: 28 3/8" / 72 cm
Hip: 39 3/8" / 100 cm
Unprinted pattern with colored hole and stamp markings for seams and other features (colors coordinate to show what matches up where). Stamp markings are in German, French, English. Instructions in German and French (text only, no illustration).
Condition: pattern has been used and shows some traces of use. All pieces complete.
