What a darling design! Ca. 1953 Simplicity pattern for a coat, cap and pants with suspenders for little boys. Just right for winter!
Boys' Coat, Hat and Leggings: Lined leggings have knitted anklets and fly front closing. Suspenders cross in back and button to front. Back waistline has elastic in casing. Coat, lined at all times, features raglan sleeves, small collar and welt pockets. Top stitching on collar is optional. View 1 coat buttons to neck. View 2 has buttoned fly front closing. Peaked hat is lined; ear flaps and chin straps are optional.
Size: vintage US size 4, still measures about the same as a modern 4:
