1950s Slim Shirtwaist Dress Pattern Ringier g18916 B38
Early 1950s sewing pattern for a slim shirtwaist dress. Front-buttoning top with small cap sleeves. Collar. Slim, straight skirt with one inverted pleat in the front and the back. Large patch pockets.
This pattern was shown in the Ringier Journal de Mode Spring/Summer 1951 (see last photo). The magazine is not for sale.
All pattern pieces are pre-cut and marked with small holes for markings etc. Pattern pieces are stamped with remarks line "grain line", "side seam", "Centre back" etc. in German and French. Instructions in German and French (without illustrations).
Size: marked vintage European size 44
Measurements:
Bust: 98 cm / 38 1/2"
Waist: 76 cm / 30"
Hips: 106 cm / 41 3/4"
Condition: pattern has been used, pattern pieces are complete. The envelope is damaged.
