1950s Winter Coat Pattern Ringier c30924 B34
Sewing pattern for a ca. late 1950s winter coat. It has a roomy, loose shape, button down front and a big collar.
By Swiss publisher Ringier, no. c30924. According to the dating information on Ringier patterns that I have, based on pattern number, this must be from around 1956.
All pattern pieces are pre-cut and marked with small holes for markings etc. There are specific instructions for this pattern, but also general instructions, all in German and French. Pattern pieces are stamped with remarks line "grain line", "side seam", "Centre back" etc. in German, French and English. I think that for an experienced sewer, this wouldn't be too hard to assemle even without understanding the instructions
Size: marked size 40 which translates to the following measurements:
Bust: 34 1/2 inches / 88 cm
Waist: 27 1/2 inches / 70 cm
Hips: 37 3/4 inches / 96 cm
Condition: Unused and factory new. I have just unfolded it carefully to check it's condition.
